1.Responsible for detailed design and drawings of pressure vessel according to flow card and client's datasheet;
2.Reviewing the drawings provided by the design to ensure compliance with customer requirements, standard specifications, and reasonable structure;
3.Make design modifications based on customer feedback until the construction drawings are issued;
4.Promptly resolve issues raised by the workshop during the production process of the project.
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Process Equipment and Control Engineering,Mechanical and related majors;
2.More than 3 years experience in pressure vessel design/calibration;
3. Skillful application of TSG21-2016, GB/T150, GB/T151, NB/T47041, NB/T47042,ASME and other related design standards;
4.Skillful application of pressure vessel calculation software SW6, and will apply PV, Compress software is preferred;
5. English proficiency level 4 or above, able to easily understand English materials;
6. Proficient in using AutoCAD or Solidworks drawing software;
7. Candidates with the qualification of pressure vessel design approver are preferred.
8. Experience in reactor and special material design, or familiarity with equipment manufacturing processes is preferred.
1.Responsible for process scheme design, PFD drafting, process calculation and simulation of complete chemical plant equipment;
2.Develop process solutions for complete chemical equipment based on customers' process parameters and production requirements, and provide technical consultation and scheme presentation for sales;
3.Deliver technical requirements to downstream disciplines and conduct commissioning and start-up work;
4.Compile, revise and file technical documents, including process specifications, design data sheets, instrument data sheets, process control plans and operation manuals.
1.Bachelor's degree or above, major in Chemical Process, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry or other related disciplines;
2.At least 3 years of working experience in chemical process design;
3.Proficient in process design software including AutoCAD and Aspen Plus. Capable of conducting material and heat balance calculations for plant units, and independently drawing PFD and PID diagrams;
4.Possess strong logical thinking, communication and coordination skills, as well as good team spirit.
1.Develop the customer from Pressure Vessels/Agitators/Thin film evaporator Projects;
2.Responsible for the sales of pressure vessels/agitators/thin film evaporators and other products, preparation of bidding documents;
3. Contract negotiation, signing and internal contract disclosure, contract circulation;
4. Develop and maintain client relationships;
5. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in Process Equipment and Control Engineering/Mechanical Engineering;
2. Excellent communication,expression and negotiation skills is preferred;
3. Experience in the pressure vessel industry or related industries such as agitators and thin film evaporators is preferred;
